Radio Waatea has the pleasure of bringing you the Maori Sports Awards live from Auckland's TelstraClear Stadium, this Saturday 5th December.

Kiwi captain Benji Marshall (Ngai Tuhoe) and Silver Fern Temepara George (Ngapuhi) lead a world-class field of finalists that includes rising rugby star Zac Guilford (Ngati Kahungunu).

Coverage begins at 5pm with hosts Dale Husband and Kihi Ririnui, and includes entertainment from Maisey Rika, reggae band Box Juice and Australian Idol winner Stan Walker.
